Masti Cocktails & Cuisine

The design language for the restaurant is derived from its name – Masti, meaning mischief and fun in Hindi. The vision of making this a contemporary and modern destination was translated was infused into the design of the furniture.

The baithak-inspired seating on the terrace had low-rise seating with bolsters and vibrant colours for larger gatherings. With stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai city skyline, the terrace seating has a contemporary interpretation of Indian crafts, among them Tarkashi (traditional Indian wire inlay work) and stone inlay used to create patterns on table-tops.

Fabrics were developed in collaboration with textile designers to give a distinct identity to the furniture, while elements in brass interspersed the interiors to give a luxurious feel.
